Hey everyone! Today, I would like to introduce Kat Dickson, one of our fantastic photographers! This will be Kat’s first year on staff. Kat will be a freshman this fall and she is a Spanish and Education double major with an Art minor. She loves playing sports (especially soccer and basketball!), traveling, anything artsy, photography, and reading. Something on Kat’s bucket list is to travel to all 50 states. Kat joined the Milestone because she wants to enhance her photography skills, get involved on campus, and meet some new people!
As a photographer this year, Kat will be charged with helping us capture Hope’s most important moments throughout the 2011-2012 school year. She will help us capture events, sports, and groups, photographing the events and people that you will remember most about the year. We think that Kat will make a great photographer!

Just a hint... when it comes to photographers, I would check at the local college for some photography majors. They are going to be cheaper than many professional photographers, but their work will be just as stellar.
